For damaged items:
- send us an email with photos attached of the damaged item. We will replace the same item for you. Where there is no suitable replacement, we will offer you the choice of issuing a store credit or a refund
- any refunds, exchanges or store-credits will only be issued once we receive evidence of the damaged product
- we will cover the cost of posting the replacement item to you.
For undamaged items, where you may not be satisfied with the quality of our product:
- send us an email or give us a call to discuss your concerns
- we reserve the right to call the shots on refunds, exchanges or to provide store-credits on a case-by-case basis
- we may offer you the choice of sending a replacement item, refund or store credit
- any refunds, exchanges or store-credits will only be issued once we receive the product back from you
- you’re on the hook for paying postage for the products you return to us, but we will send any exchanged item free of charge to you.
